    Property manager really was not knowledgeable

    THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS CALLED AND TOLD OF SEVERAL THINGS THAT WERE BROKEN, ie the bedroom switch for the light and i told them exactly how to fix it and they sent a guy over with just a volt meter and a screwdriver. no $2.00 switch to replace the mechanism that was pulled out of the receptacle. also the television would not work and i asked 3 times for directions/help. there was no booklets with info on how to set up the internet on t.v. i'm not very tech savy. 65 and my smart phone is making me feel dumber all the time! there was supposed to be a microwave, but it was just a toastr oven. the internet did not work well there either. the weekends are really bad and i learned from all the owners there that this is on ongoing problem. so i guess the 3rd and final request to have someone come out to fix the t.v. was 'not received'?!? after two i think someone should have been sent out. i broke a glass but told her i replaced it with TWO matching much better quality glasses but she said i would be charged. also, the blinds did not work and a slat was also missing which made for easy viewing into the apartment. a guard there asked me two times if he could have a glass of water with ice? very strange. all in all, i did LOVE the location of this unit right on the beach where i love to surf and would love to stay there again, if these things are fixed somehow.
