Pesima estancia

No tenian nuestra habitación disponible, pagamos por una grande y nos dieron una pequeña indicandonos que no encontraron nuestra reservación. Teniamos el correo con la reservación y nos rebajaron el dinero de la cuenta. La habitación tenia 2 goteras, el piso estaba sucio y el baño se inundaba, lo indicamos en recepción y nos dijieron que nos cambiarian de habitación o arreglarian los inconvenientes, ninguna de las 2 cosas sucedio.
