Beachfront Luxury 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo in the heart of Jaco

This luxury 3 bedroom 3.5 bath oceanfront condo is just steps from downtown Jaco and overlooks Jaco's beach and great surf breaks. Entirely renovated and repainted throughout in Summer 2018 and refreshed living spaces in July 2023. No car needed! Tours will pick you up from the building and you can walk to all of the bars and restaurants and the grocery store in Jaco. The building has a private infinity swimming pool and hot tub on the beach as we as 24-hour security.

Enjoy the spacious oceanfront wraparound balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening watching the sun set. Jaco has hosted the World Surfing Championships and you can watch the surfers from your balcony.

Jaco is located less than an hour and a half from the San Jose airport - we can easily and reliably help you arrange car service to and from the airport.

The unit is professionally decorated with custom high end furniture, flat screen TV's, and ample space. Each bedroom suite has its own attached bathroom and TV. You will also find a dishwasher, WI-FI, washer/dryer, personal safe, and pool towels in the unit. Linens are also provided. 24 hour security and on site property management services are there for your peace of mind.

Even better than the pictures

The pictures of the condo do not capture how lovely it is. This condo was absolutely spotless, landscaping at property very lovely, great pool, roomy, views amazing and artwork on walls were a level above anything we have seen at other rentals. We saw many red macaws each morning feeding on the tree outside our window, so amazing to see 10 macaws flying past the balcony. It was within walking distance of many really good restaurants and the grocery store (bring totes to bring back the groceries). We did not get a car and walked everywhere, doable, but would have been nice at times to have a car, but also nice to not have to worry about a car. Sun sets very early (before 6p), and once it is dark, did not always feel safe walking around the town - we moved quickly. That said, we did not end up having any issues, there were 4 of us walking together at all times. Felt very safe on condo grounds and appreciated the security guard. Kids loved the town and vibe. Went during beginning of rainy season and while there were stretches of rain, there was plenty of nice times throughout the day and it was so nice to enjoy pool area and get lounge chairs at any time because it was not full of guests at this time of year. If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Costa Rican Getaway

This was our first time visiting Costa Rica. Jessen was very easy to work and communicate with throughout the reservation process. There were no surprises as the listing was very accurate. Patricia was so very helpful with the check in process and was very responsive throughout our stay when we had any questions. It is a very lovely condo, very spacious and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect…a block from the main strip with restaurants and shopping. The pool and beach were awesome and the sunset views were incredible. Highly recommend this vrbo!!!

Close to shopping and dining. Property manager failed to leave a voice mail when she called for check-in instructions, therefore we didn't know exactly where to go when we arrived in Jaco. There were no check-out instructions, either. When she initially met with us, she showed us a map of Jaco and then took it with her! Property could use some updating, and initial cleanliness was just adequate. Pool was nice, view of beach was breathtaking.

Amazing Family Vacation

The home was beyond our expectations! It was beautifully located right on the beach with gorgeous views from the balcony. The home was immaculate. The neighborhood was gated and had a security guard 24/7. Our family felt safe and secure, even walking down the main shopping and restaurant areas at night. We have 3 teenage girls. Everything is within walking distance. The concierge, Patricia, was absolutely amazing. She planned and booked all of our excursions and had the best recommendations for restaurants. You definitely need to try Graffiti restaurant. We had massages done in the home, zip lining, horseback riding, and Tortuga Island cruise, and enjoyed the black sand beach everyday! We even enjoyed the pool over looking the beach. Patricia took care of every detail, including transportation. This was the best worry free family vacation full of amazing memories! I highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful spacious fully equipped condo located right on the beach within walking distance to all services; all aspects of the condo and building were well beyond expectations. The owner and property manager were extremely gracious, were meant to feel like guests vs clients. Highly recommended, we would stay here again.

Stellar Property, Views and Owners!!!

We booked this property based on the great reviews for the Christmas & New Year Holiday. The owners were stellar and more than accommodating when flights were cancelled for a couple days due to a storm. The place is HUGE and the views are amazing! You can’t beat the sunsets from the balcony. There are macaws that live in the almond trees next door and fly by several times a day. THAT was exciting! You are within walking distance to everything: grocery stores, a plethora of restaurants, the beach, adventure/tour locations, etc. The pool is bigger than pictures show and right on the beach. We enjoyed most of our down time there. Patricia was beyond helpful and made a few dinner reservations for our group of 6, booked several tours (I highly recommend the ATV and the Manuel Antonio Park Tour) and arranged for our transportation to and from SJO. She also helped us collect our missing luggage over 5 consecutive days as it slowly trickled in from the airline. She made a pretty big setback a lot better and we are grateful for that and for her. Oh….and the permanent residents in the building are super nice as well as the guards. We always felt safe and very welcomed. You will NOT be disappointed when booking here. Can’t give enough praise!

Everything was perfect

Everything about my experience with this condo was perfect. The condo is HUGE - the pictures don't do it justice. The view is absolutely amazing, pool is great, condo is very well stocked and maintained. The beds and couch were really comfortable. Easy walk to everything in town. Patricia was fantastic for arranging transportation, activities, and getting us checked in. Really impressive place and great people managing it.

The condo was beautiful and the perfect location. It was within walking distance of everything. Paradise in Jaco

This was our 1st trip to Costa Rica and I really can't say enough about this property. It was perfect. The location was great. The unit was larger than expected. The grounds were well maintained. The building was super nice inside and out. The guys at the guard gate were super nice and helpful. It all made for a perfect stay.

Perfect Location!

Awesome location! Nothing like the beach with a pool looking out to the ocean! The sunsets from our balcony were awesome! We did Zip Lining, Fishing, and Horseback riding. Caught a 350 pound marlin, Dolphin fish and more. The girls did a Spa Day. Experienced lots of local food and entertainment! This is the place to stay if you wish to be in the heart of Jaco life! Very clean and nice condo.

this is a very well laid out condo right on the beach. the 5th floor is high enough to have no bugs but low enough to see and hear everything the balconies are great. the location is the best in jaco . we have been to jaco many times and this is our favorite
