The Monte Carlo luxury condominium are the best value and location in Jaco Beach. We are ideally located in the center of town within steps to beach, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, salon, supermarket, tours, discos, Beatles Bar, etc. You do not need a car here, you can walk everywhere. If you prefer a ride, a taxi pickup at the front gate to anywhere in town is $2.00 The property is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of Jaco Beach. You will be surrounded by the sounds of the many exotic birds that visit the grounds daily as well as the soothing sound of beautiful fountains. The grounds of the condominiums are beautifully landscaped and include a huge pool with swim-up bar, jacuzzi, and rancho area with grill and tables and chairs for your outdoor cooking. The condo is fully furnished and equipped for cooking. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, laundry room, patio, and is 1400 square feet. The condo is finished to a high standard with granite counters in the kitchens and bathrooms, tile floors, GE stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinetry, and recessed lighting throughout the apartment. In the Master bedroom, there is a King size bed and master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, guest bathroom with shower and tub. The living room and bedrooms have full-size sliding glass doors that open up to the patio and lush landscaping. During the day the apartment is showered with natural sunlight, it feels like your living in the garden. Amenities here include free wireless internet, 24 hours manned security in gated complex, cable tv, air conditioning, in house washer and dryer, and concierge desk to arrange all tours and transportation.

Amazing resort

We spent 25 days at the Monte Carlos Condos and could not find anything to complain about. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the staff. Christian, Fani, Karen, Nelson, and Marlin were so helpful. I don’t know the names of the other staff but everyone who works there are the best. Beautiful pool view condo in Jaco

This place was easy to find and is exactly as pictured. Check in was super easy. Martin and Nelson keep the place secure and were very friendly and welcoming. Great location one street back from the main street and two blocks from the beach. Pool is great and the rooms are well equipped. Huge bonus was the washer and dryer. Lots of stores and restaurants close by with lots to do in the town. Some places we visited and enjoyed were Bar Los Manitos (restaurant) at the south end of town where the road curves. Amancio's Pizza for delicious pizza and pasta. Panda Rojo for the chinese food. Caliche's Wishbone Restaurant and Bar for some great tacos, fish and shrimp and guacamole. We would stay here on future visits.

Beautiful Place and People!

We loved the Monte Carlo condos. The condo was large and luxurious, the manager was always very quick to reply to any questions both before and after our trip, and the guard at the gate made a point of knowing your name and always greeting you. The complex is small but a lush tropical paradise. The location was perfect. You were just off of the main street so you had no noise, but were able to easily walk to great restaurants, grocery stores, Fish market, etc. of all of the places we stayed in Costa Rica, this condo was our favorite. It was very clean, stocked decently, and was actually very big. The veranda was also huge and overlooked a beautiful pool and the lush foliage. We loved our time there and hope to return soon.

Blocks away from the beach where the surf was always up! You can rent surf boards and or lessons on the beach. Many choices of restaurants / sodas if you are looking for that so close. If not you have all you need in your place. I would highly recommend

Very nice property. 24-7 Staffed security. Management is always reachable via this site and is very accommodating. Cristian is a very nice guy. Highlights of the location, outside grill for cooking, very large patios to enjoy your stay. It was such a nice visit a few in our party are considering ownership and this location is on the short list. Very close proximity to grocery shopping.

My wife and I stayed for the month of Feb. 2019. The place was very much as described. The inside of the unit was clean with comfortable beds. It could use some updated pans and more baking dishes but everything else was in good working condition. The only real negative comment I have (which is why a 4* vs. 5*) would be on the internet. I don't know if it was the complex or just internet in Jaco, but it was not very consistent and pretty slow. If you plan to stream from any mobile device, plan on it buffering and having to reconnect a lot. Now ALL the good stuff. Having cleaning services twice a week was also a great benefit. Cristian and his staff deserve 5 stars as they were very quick to help you with anything you might need. Having an onsite office staffed 7 days a week and a front gate that is staffed 24/7 makes for a very safe and comfortable stay. We were able to book all of our excursions thru the office, which gave us the comfort of knowing what we were getting. I must also say that during the 4 weeks we were there, not once did I see any of the staff unhappy or unwilling to help you in anyway they could. The pool was always clean and a very nice size, which made a nice place for us to meet and became good friends with many of the other guests staying there. As far as outside of the condo, Jaco is a very safe and friendly place to visit with many good places to eat. We were only a block away from the main street of town and a decent grocery store and the beach was an easy walk. We felt very comfortable walking around day or night and when they say everything is within walking distance, IT IS! Be sure to try as much of the Tico fruit as possible. It is Awesome. Thank you Cristian, Fanny, and Karen. You made our first visit to Costa Rica very enjoyable.
