Property was lovely, just as pictured and well appointed. Very safe and convenient location. The pools were beautiful and all within walking distance to marina restaurants and shops. Sadly, we did run into several issues with the unit: the master shower head had no way to turn on the spray, the safe was unable to be closed and programmed, the coffee pot kept overflowing, and we had some issues with the thermostat that we finally googled and resolved. They issued a card that promised discounts at local restaurants but it was not accepted at that hotel breakfast restaurant, which was rather disappointing. Otherwise, we loved the unit and our stay in Los Suenos.
