The property is located in an area that is very convenient to travel in Jaipur. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a good air conditioner. As mentioned in other reviews the shower in room 202 leaked like crazy causing massive puddles on the floor needing several towels to sop up excess water. I worry that someone will get electrocuted standing in a puddle blow drying their hair. We called the staff and they came immediately and fiddled around in the bathroom but did not fix the problem. The food was very good for breakfast with eggs made to Oder along with some local dishes which changed daily as well as fresh fruit. We ate dinner here one evening and ordered room service for a late night snack and both were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and quick to get any needed items like fresh towels or mini fridge items. We had a very pleasant stay overall.

Dileep Kothi was delightful! The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms and space was beautiful and and the breakfast and dinner were very good. This was the perfect oasis in bustling Jaipur!

Nice hotel with a rooftop service for the new year fireworks and dinner. Rooms are modern and updated. Beds were comfy. Overall great place to stay
