I stayed here 5 nights. I saw cockroach in my room everyday, and asked to change my room, but front desk reaction was really slow. Besides that, food is great and hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Aging hotel

This is the former crown plaza, it’s aging quite a bit and not gracefully. There also was a demo by ex workers on my stay as they were not paid some of the benefits when the management switched . Breakfast was not the best but sufficient

受付の対応が非常に混乱していました。混雑する時間帯だったことは理解できますが、状況はかなりカオスでした。長い列ができていて、部屋に入るまでロビーでかなり長い時間待たされました。私たちは13時30分にはホテルに到着していましたが、明確な案内はありませんでした。受付の方から「チャットで連絡します」と言われたものの、実際には連絡は来ませんでした。再度確認したところ、マネージャーと一緒に部屋まで案内すると言われましたが、それも実現しませんでした。結局、部屋について3回も尋ねることになり、ようやく「タオルの準備が遅れている」との説明を受けました。ただその理由だけで、15時から15時45分の間にチェックインできなかったのはとても残念でした。ファミリールームを予約しましたが、お部屋自体はとても広々としていました。ソファを改造した簡易ベッドもありましたが、使用された枕はソファのクッション2つだけで、おそらく清掃された形跡もなく、衛生面で少し不安でした。また、ソファベッドの下にはホコリが多く見られました。朝食はとても美味しく、量も十分でした。プールもなかなか良かったです。

〇スタッフが親切で拙い英語でも聞いてくれる。〇客室が広く眺めがよい。〇ベッドの寝心地が非常に良い。〇朝食が種類豊富ですべて美味しい。 ✕エクスペディアより禁煙部屋を希望していたが、消臭した喫煙部屋だった。滞在中匂いが気になった。 ✕タオルが非常に古く生地が傷んでいる。汚れが落ちていない。臭い。
