Convenient Location but Questionable Rental

The place is clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the mall, with a nice environment. However, I have concerns about whether they are legally allowed to rent to guests. Since it’s not an official hotel, check-in is handled entirely through WhatsApp, and you may have to meet in awkward places for ‘check-in.’ Despite all this, they still collect a ‘deposit,’ so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here.

Good location but no way to make hot water

It was a great location you can walk to the mall and the market but you have to have WhatsApp app that's the only way they want to communicate you have to make an arrangements to get the key and also check out stove didn't work and there's no way to make hot water

Décevant !

Séjour décevant dans cette résidence Il est très compliqué de trouver la résidence. Heureusement que notre chauffeur a accepté d’échanger avec l’agence de location en direct. La photo indiquait une machine à laver : élément pratique après avoir passé 2 mois à vadrouiller. À l’arrivée pas de machine. L’agence de location m’indique que les appartements sont attribués en fonction des disponibilités qui n’ont pas tous cet élément. L’une des salles de bain ne pouvait pas être utilisée car chaque douche inondait la salle de bain L’accès à la piscine n’était pas possible. Dommage avec des enfants de 5,7 et 8ans et sous 35 degrés Il est demandé un deposit alors que rien n’était indiqué. Soit nous versions le deposit soit nous devions quitter les lieux (pratique peu commerciale) Enfin, nous demandons un endroit où laisser les bagages entre le moment du check out et le départ vers l’aéroport. L’agence nous répond que cela est possible Le jour arrivant, cela n’est plus possible car plus d’espace dans la zone de stockage. L’agence nous propose une seule option : laisser nos bagages dans un appartement en rénovation avec (bien sûr) un surcoût
