I wouldnt recommend staying in this hotel. I booked a room and we were given a smoking room, I went to check it and I couldnt even breathe at the hallway not mention in the room. the receptionist told me if you want non smoking you have to add another million rupiah. I have no choice since I am already so tired from long haul international flight from US. never in my life that I booked a room and given a smoking one, and have to pay extra 50% if you wany non smoking one. find some other hotel if you could, I do not suggest this place.

"The property itself is lovely, the food was great, but the bathroom had noticeable mold, which was disappointing. The minibar wasn’t working, and when it was replaced, the new unit arrived dirty—with mold on the door. Definitely not up to the hygienic standard.

This property is required better maintenance. For example, the drain in the shower is slowed and shallow, flooded the whole bathroom. At another hotel where we stayed last year had similar issued. I guess the drain design and maintenance is not up to par and required serious corrections to mitigate this issue.
