Great place for large families with or without kids. The staff is friendly and prompt. My family & I were very happy with the apartment - size, amenities, proximity to restaurants, yummy & diverse Indonesian cuisine (street food) & nightlife. Superb NEW apartment!

Good getaway apartment for family! New apartment with access by a 'private' lift. Facilities are excellent! Easy access to amenities just below the property. Property is well guarded and the staff were professional and awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and services are commendable. Keep it up! Will come back! :)

Great overall experience. Large suites, great AC (cooling performance and quiet), no noise from outside. Gym was well equipped. The only downside was a very limited breakfast.

スタッフの皆さん、親切な対応をしていただきました。ウォーターサーバがお部屋にあり、使いやすく満足できました。プールもとても綺麗です。残念だったのは、プールのトイレにペーパーの補充分が無かったこと、ルームのバスタオル類が白くなくグレーがかっていたところです。

Spectacular

Love it, clean, very private, the elevator leads us to our floor and it turned out to be the only door on the floor, feels very special. So many places to go to in the area. Easy access to supermarket ranch 99 on ground floor. There’s Starbucks too. Love it. 3BR full kitchen had a washers/dryer combo. Wish we stayed longer than 3 nights.

きれいなサービスアパートメントでした。 一階にカフェなどもあり、外に出ることなく、快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、温水タンクが小さいのか、バスタブにお湯を張った後、温かいシャワーが出なかったことが不満点です。 スタッフはフレンドリー、親切でした。

Luxurious but no facilities

Clean and excellent condition, built and finished well however not enough facilities. Feels like apartment still not finished. Cheap plastic plants for decoration, no towels for the pool and almost nothing provided in the two bedroom apartment we stayed for two days. Communication with front desk for checking out was terribly. With better services and facilities this apartment can be a comfortable place to stay in Jakarta. Great location by the way.
