Pleasant stay

Room was simple but very clean and comfortable with fridge and tea/coffee maker. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was awesome. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel staff not very efficient and not service-minded, room cleaning neglectful, staff not understanding even quite basic customer needs. Horrible perfume smell permeating the entire ground floor made us sick. They actually have a machine in the lobby that does nothing but pump out massive amounts of perfume all day. Nauseating. Restaurant was mediocre, ok as long as you stick to the set menu. If you buy the lunch buffet you're in for a whopper of a price surge. It's like they keep the hotel afloat just by upping the price of lunch. On the first day, the lobby boy took my bagage and then just thoughtlessly left it on the floor of the lobby where I would later have to find it on my own. This was regrettably an example of how the whole week felt.

Great place

Perfect location, the location at the back of the hotel was a beautiful walk. The hotel can't be blamed for the conditions of the footpath on the main road in front of it. Food was lovely, lots of variety and was fresh. Staff helpful and interested in you as a person.

I am vegetarian, but staff was so good and attended so well. Amazing experience. Even reception supports to arrange cab for airport drop with such a gracious way. Thanks. Highly recommend if you have work nearby.
