I was glad that this boutique hotel was close to the event place that I had to travel to daily. It is also convenient as there is a mall next to it. However, there is a need for attention in terms of cleanliness. There seems like an ant's nest situation as there are MANY ants crawling along the mirror and dressing table. Glasses in the toilet were stained and not washed. Bed sheets were stained. Housekeeping was slow, my safety deposit box was spoilt. Basically the facts are as presented, I have no words. Otherwise, staff were friendly, kind and tried to be helpful. But the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be looked into.

Nice large room and good facilities. Shower wasn't cleaned on either service, open soap left there, etc. Complained to housekeeping, still didn't resolve it!

Grand Zuri, Santikaと利用したことがあるが、食事のレベルは一番低いかなと感じる。種類も少なめだし、座れる場所が少なすぎる。中にはたばこを吸い始める人もいて、席がなくて相席になる場合などは最悪。 ランドリーが一番高い。キャンペーンがあり、santikaは安めだが、キャンペーンのないGrand zuriと比べても高め。 ジュニアスイートルームだったが、部屋は広くて快適。静か。 ＴＶも見れる映画番組も多いと感じる。

waktu check in cepat. hanya perlu deposit 50.000 bell boy cepat. saat menginap di hari pertama ac kamar kurang dingin. tali di Hari ke 2 setelah komplain tidak kurang 5 menit Ada yang betulin .teryata Anya kotor Sudan lama tidak dibersihkan. Hari pertama saya pesan morning call teryata tidak dibangunkan. Hari 2 saya baru menikmati sarapan . menu yang tersedia kurang beragam. tapi yang enak nyamanya kamar yang cukup besar.
