The Somerset Grand Citra is perfectly located in Jakarta, in an area with plenty of options for dining. The rooms are clean and spacious, actually is an apartment with two bedrooms and living-room. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Jakarta. Lotte shopping center is nearby and also plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are a bit old but are clean and large. Staff are friendly and polite. I stay here when I’m in Jakarta.

It was a great overall experience. The room was clean and spacious. However, the suite could use better lighting and the washroom sink was clogged before we got there. These are easy issues to fix. Overall, it was nice and the best part was its proximity to a large mall and great restaurant options.

Sad, old property with deceptive photos

The hotel placed us in an apartment that looked nothing like the pictures online, then declined to move or refund us. Apparently some rooms are remodeled but many are not.
