Travelled with group
I wasn’t even able to stay there , When I arrived in Jalapa I text the host to let her know I arrived and there was no response. I later text the host again about 6 pm on the day of arrival and there was still no response. I decided to drive to the location to see if there was something I was missing . I took pictures of the residence to prove I actual was there . I’m asking for a refund please.
