Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Huge disappointment !

The rooms, services or facilities did not in any way meet the descriptions provided online at the time of booking: no air conditioning, no fan, no wifi, no room cleaning, shared bathroom that was not cleaned during the stay. Altogether a huge disappointment.
Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2017
