Our room was very near to an outside door with easy access to the pool/hot tub/gym area. Our beds were new, firm, and very comfortable. Our sheets were clean, soft, and high thread count! TV worked well. Pillows were plenty and puffy. The breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. The staff mopped the entry and food area at least 3x while we were eating to ensure cleanliness and appearance for all guests. Check in was fast, informative amd friendly. All aspects of our short overnight stay were excellent, including the waterslide and hot tub! Would definitely recommend. 🙏💜

Curtains were broken, room was dirty, outlet was not attacked to the wall just laying on the floor. Manager at front desk was not friendly. Ran out of towels in the swimming area Friday and Saturday, ran out of regular towels Thursday night. Carpet on stairs is ripped is many places.

This hotel went above and beyond expectations for us on our road trip. A fire alarm issue made things a little louder than expected. They immediately moved us to a room that was nice and quiet. Just what we needed after a long day on the road.

No heat in my room.

I would compare this hotel to the lower half of hotels in the area right now. Quick appearance looks nice, but over all it very old. Lots of little fix-it spots should be taken care of. Our room was sub-par. Had almost no heat. The heater would either blow luke warm air on high or blow outisde cold air (-34⁰) when it was turned OFF! There was no way to turn it completely off. The fan was so loud it kept us all up both nights. I will not be returning to the Jamestown Hamilton.

No water pressure to even take a shower!!! Holes in the shower area. House keeping banging on door at 8:00 am!! Then start vacuuming and banging into the door!! You couldn’t give me free week there.
