The house was just right for us. There was plenty of room. The house out in the country so it was nice and quiet. It is close to Jamestown and the Chautauqua Institution. We spent most our time at the lake. We really liked the property.

Short Vacation

The property was out in the country, but I was able to find stores within a short drive. Tim Hortons is a must in the morning. It was so peaceful. The house was clean, and it had central air conditioning, a big plus. The area was beautiful, and the house was perfect.

Great spot close to the lake.

Had a weekend bass tournament on lake Chautauqua. This property was close enough inconvenient to the lake, yet far enough out of town to get the quiet country setting. We fish multiple tournaments off the lake every year. This will definitely be a spot I would stay again.

Great open floor plan ranch situated in a country setting.

We were very impressed with this ranch home situated on a couple acres across from cornfields on quiet country rural setting it was very pretty. The inside has everything you would need and then some from home. Everything was updated has A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, tv's, WiFi, grill, porch swing, patio chairs, etc. Would stay again, wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Thanks again for a lovely stay. 7/2022
