Deer Brook Lake House is a wonderful property that has just been completely renovated. Expansive lake views and the peace and quiet you’ve been looking for! Whether you want to gather with the family around the large kitchen island for a meal or sit on the back patio and enjoy a cup of coffee while gazing at Shawnee Lake which is a wonderful private lake located in Jamestown. The property is 4 mins from Miami Valley hospital, 16 mins from Cedarville University, and 26 mins from Yellow Springs. (No boat rentals lake is private owners only)

So serene and calm and exactly what was needed for a weekend away. Every room was well stocked and each bedroom had fans in the closets as well. We were visiting Cedarville for graduation and this was a great spot to retreat to. Although the weather was less than cooperative and we didn't get to use the outdoor spaces, everything was great indoors - well stocked and super comfy beds. Plenty of space (bedrooms and bathrooms for all 6 of us)!
