Beautiful marina with different restaurants and activities during the day and evening! Breathtaking sunset and ocean cliffs!! The whole house in your purpose of great accommodation for a group of up to 10 people, with a lot of extra open second floor for kids play area, exercise and entertaining, and a crush on two full size of Futons !! New mattresses and furniture throughout the house to make the stay comfortable and pleasant! Full kitchen for full meal and breakfast cooking and serving is accomplished!! Central air conditioner and ceiling fans for a nice island Breeze ! 12 min driving to downtown Newport! Beach umbrella, chairs, wagon and beach toys are provided.
