A one-of-a-kind hexagonal cottage perched above Jamestown Marina on Lake Cumberland, KY.
Named the “nut house” by longtime neighbors for its unique hexagonal shape, this cottage is anything but ordinary - and that's exactly the point.

Location:
• 1-mile drive to Jamestown Marina (boat launch, rentals, fuel, convenience store)
• 5 minutes across the water to State Dock Marina & The Wheelhouse restaurant
• 4 miles to downtown Jamestown
• 2 miles to Lily Creek boat ramp
• 60-foot boat driveway on property for easy boat parking

Due to the steep, rocky shoreline, there's no direct lake access from the property.

Please load & run the dishwasher before you depart. Detergent can be found in the kitchen.

Please place bagged trash in the 2 garbage cans by the front red door or the garbage can by the fire pit. Turn off all lights, lock windows & lock all exterior doors. Please leave a review on Vrbo😃

Cottage was perfectly spacious for our family. Amenities were well appointed, with everything you could need to get started. Loved the peaceful atmosphere of the wooded area.
