🛌 The Space — The main floor features a private bedroom with a Queen-sized bed. For the kids, there is a dedicated sleeping loft—a cozy `nest` perfect for bedtime.

🛁 Outdoor Living — 📺 The Deck: The oversized deck is your second living room. It features a private hot tub and an outdoor TV, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and wooded views while you relax.

🗺️ The Location — 🥾 Adventure Central: You are just 10 minutes from the Big South Fork entrance, Pickett State Park, and Black House Mountain ATV Park.

🐴 The Setting — 🌲 Quiet Community: Situated in a peaceful horse community. The property is well-maintained with cleared underbrush for a clean, park-like feel.

⚠️ Note on Privacy: Because the underbrush is cleared, a neighboring house is visible through the trees during the winter months. In summer, the full foliage provides a more secluded feel.

This cabin is located in a horse community that borders the Big South Fork. Rolling hills and grazing horses make it a very peaceful environment.

There is plenty of parking and the community is a great place for bike riding or walking.

We provide bed linens and towels alongside of shower soap and shampoo. The kitchen has nice pots and pans, an instant pot (with rice maker), blender, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, french press, electric tea kettle, basic spices, and cooking oil. A selection of coffee and tea is provided.

There is a washer and dryer for guest use.

- Plastic wrap

We love providing a safe, non-toxic space for our guests so choose non-toxic cleaning and household products.
Cabin Rules:
- No smoking of any kind in the house
- No pets on furniture. Approved pets only.

Please note: A rental agreement is required for all stays. A signature link will be sent via your booking app or email (depending on the platform used) prior to check-in.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
