This spacious villa is ideal for larger groups, offering comfort, privacy, and plenty of room to relax together. The villa features four bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, making it perfect for groups who appreciate having their own private sleeping areas.

The villa is spread over two floors. On the main floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a bright, spacious living room. The living room includes a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for additional guests, as well as a fireplace that brings warmth and coziness during the colder months. Two of the bedrooms are also located on this floor, along with a bathroom with a sauna and a separate guest bathroom.

The upper floor features a loft-style area with two bedrooms. Large windows offer peaceful views over the garden, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy an outdoor fire pit, perfect for gathering with family and friends. There are also various outdoor activities available, and just steps from the villa you’ll find a private beach with a dock, ideal for swimming during the summer months.
