A quick stroll up the road is the popular Swell Café, for great coffee & food, plus Juc pub & Bird Rock Restaurant. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the lounge & upper deck and make the most of this homes perfect location!

- 2 x bathrooms (one of which is in the garage)

- Parking for one under carport plus free street parking and guest spaces available
*The garden is fully fenced and secure, there is a 9cm gap in the fence, so please bear in mind for miniature varieties of dogs**
