Our super spacious, modern Jan Juc home is the perfect getaway for families, couples or friends. With two living areas and a large open plan kitchen & dining, flooded with light, there's space to spread out. Unwind on the upper deck overlooking the quiet leafy street & take in everything Torquay & Juc has to offer. Walking distance to the beach & a short drive toThe RACV golf course and town centre, then Jan Juc's cafes and pub are only a walk away & a kids park is just across the road!

All linen and towels (no beach towels) are included to make sure your stay is hassle free!

Two large living areas, a north facing balcony with BBQ, 3 large bedrooms and a lovely spacious feel.

There is also a laundry and a back garden area with clothes line.

Please note - there are two bunks, one is made up, the other is not (if you would like this, sleeping 10 instead of 8, it is available if you bring your own linen, please request this at booking).

Guests are free to use everything the house has to offer - including the ping pong table under the car port

Always available on the app or mobile should you need us.

A lovely little children's park is just across the rd (literally seconds walk away) making this home ideal for families with young children.

Families & couples preferred

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
