Inside the villa, the ground floor accommodates three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two bedrooms have direct access to the pool. The master suite, located on the first floor, is featuring a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped for every comfort and convenience.

The pool deck is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. It features a BBQ for your convenience, a spacious dining table for outdoor meals, and a cozy lounge area with comfortable seating, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors. From both the pool area and the first-floor balcony, you can access the rooftop terrace, which offers breathtaking panoramic views. Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense.
