Luxurious apartment (~2000 sqft) with incredible mountain view. A full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, one bedroom with king sized bed, and separate room pull-down wall-bed. The apartment is the lower level of a larger house, located on a spacious and very private property. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with a private entrance.

Backyard features a large koi pond (not for swimming!) and waterfall, outdoor BBQ kitchen, bar, fireplace and gas fire pit.
The space

Guest access
The lower level of the house and lower terrace is for exclusive guests use. There is a separate private entrance. The yard is available for enjoying the scenery and fruits but guests need to understand there will be gardeners working during the days and there may be wildlife encounters as the property is on the edge of the jungle.
Other things to note
The property has solar power with battery backup so grid outages are not an issue. Free wifi is available, with speeds between 50-150mbps through Starlink.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to El Explorador. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.
