Keys are to be collected from the local convenience store (two minutes walk from the apartment), between 16.00 and 22.00 on the day of check in. Please note that you CANNOT pick up the keys after 22.00 due to the opening hours.

Keys to be returned to the local convenience store between 09.00 and 11.00 on the day of check out. Please note that you CANNOT leave the keys before 09.00 due to the opening hours.

Very nice property, a bit tough for business traveler

The apartment was terrific. Location was convenient for me. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was very good. I would like to give a 5-start review. Except for check-in and check-out. I flew into Stockholm with midnight arrival. But key is available several blocks away. And only until 10pm. Then, checking out, cannot leave the key until 9am. So, you cannot leave the apartment until then. For an air traveler on business, this is quite restrictive. And it requires carrying luggage through the snow to drop the key. And then waiting for a taxi at the convenience store. Again, the property and host were both really great. I'm sorry I can't leave 5 stars!
