A bathroom with bath and WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, a second living and dining room offers additional communal space with access to a private balcony. This level also includes 2 bedrooms, each fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a second open kitchen equipped with an oven, 2 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine.
