Ruhige Lage, nette aber störende Vermieter

Die Unterkunft bietet tolle Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Der Pool und Jacuzzi waren stets beheizt. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar sehr klein geschnitten, aber den Tag verbringt man sowieso nur im EG oder der Dachterasse. Die Vermieter sind zwar super nett und hilfsbereit, sind allerdings jeden Tag unangekündigt aufgetaucht. Obwohl der Haupteingang eine Klingel besitzt, betraten sie durch die Hintertür das Haus und standen plötzlich vor uns im Wohnzimmer. Privatsphäre nenn ich etwas anderes...

Fotos entsprechen den Tatsachen. Sehr sauber. Grosser Wohnbereich. Genug Ruhe– und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Kombination Meer & Pool Spitze. Der Whirlpool ist die Krönung. Pool zum Schwimmen geeignet. Nichts vermisst, aber positiv überrascht worden. Reisetipps: Kiesstrand 5 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt. Sehr sauber. Kein angespülter Müll am Strand. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort (2 Supermärkte, 3 Restaurants) Zadar über Landstrasse in 20 Minuten erreichbar (rießiges Einkaufscenter)Zum Entspannen 1A

Tolles Haus! Alles sehr gepfle...

Tolles Haus! Alles sehr gepflegt und top ausgestattet.Sehr nette Vermieter, die sehr bemüht sind alles perfekt zu machen und bei allem behilflich sind.Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine.Toller Garten mit Beleuchtung, Pool und Whirlpool 1A, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir kommen wieder! Reisetipps: Eine Woche hat nicht gereicht und all die Highlights der Gegend zu erkunden.Plitvicer Seen, Paklenica und Zrmanja–Schlucht unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Auto ist nötig weil das Örtchen nicht viel bietet aber das ist bei Buchung bekannt!Ansonsten alles superklasse!! Reisetipps: Nationalparks im Umland, Biograd Strand, Zadar und überhaupt ist das Land einfach nur schön zum entdecken!

grande villa dans un cadre de rêve pour de merveilleuses vacances culturelles, sportives ou de repos

points *** vaste séjour avec air conditionné, meublé design villa 4 façades dans un jardin clos, pas de voisin, calme assuré ! vue magique sur la mer et les montagnes à 180°depuis la grande terrasse des chambres à l'étage grande salle à manger extérieure sous pergola et jacuzzi (une piscine est même prévue pour l'été 2017) Etat général très bon, entretien très facile A 500 m de la plage (de galets) par la ruelle qui passe devant la maison A 1/2 h en voiture du parc Plakenica (randonnées en montagne, escalade en falaise...) A 20 min en voiture de Zadar A 700 m de l'autoroute A1 qui relie Zagreb à Split et qui donne accès à tous les sites importants de la côte Dalmate (sans nuisance dans la maison !) Au village de Rovansjska : deux mini market, 2 boulangeries, restaurants... Propriétaires vivent dans le village et sont très avenants Points ** chambres petites mais beaucoup de rangement salles de bain bien équipées linge de lit ET linge de toilette fournis et changés chaque semaine (apporter draps de plage) points * vaisselle pour 8 personnes un peu courte points - - - pas d'air conditionné dans les chambres pas d'internet
