This modern newly built Villa Malusy is located in Rovanjska. The beautiful town of Rovanjska is located in a bay at the end of the Sub-Velebit canal, not far from Zadar. What gives this place its importance is its proximity to Velebit, which enriches this area with its parks, caves and paths for walkers and cyclists. On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms and one bathroom and on the first floor there is open plan living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, other two bedrooms and two batrhooms. All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and air conditioning. With four king size beds, Villa Malusy can comfortably accommodate 8 persons.
