The surrounding garden area is furnished with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the warm Croatian afternoons in complete privacy. A barbecue is also available for outdoor dining, allowing you to prepare and savour meals al fresco in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

This elegant 4-room villa spans 200 m2 across 2 levels and accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, offering 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully throughout the property. Furnished with very modern furnishings as of 2025, the villa combines refined aesthetics with practical comfort across every space.

On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility for guests. This welcoming area opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. An open kitchen is fully integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms each feature 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower room with WC and direct access to the balcony. A third bedroom on this level is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from balcony access and its own shower room with WC. All bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with satellite TV, ensuring entertainment is readily available throughout the villa.
