Yes electric outlets did not work. Had to put the door card out but first day no card. 6pm finally bed cover thrown over. Coffee cups were dirty and stayed that way for 3 days. Soap dispenser was empty and never filled.obrrl bad

The room was very dated. We got a room with a king size bed. The mattress was worn on the one side and I had to put a pillow behind me so I did not roll out of bed. Not kidding there was that much of a slope. That mattress needs to be replaced. It was room 102. Everything else was okay

LOL, got catfished by the pictures. The staff was really nice, they checked us in really efficiently and called to make sure we got into the room okay. The issue was more with the room, it was old and maybe okay for a student or someone that is really Bourgeois. The whole place most definitely needs a reno. Sorry... just want guests to know what they're getting.

I booked because the many reviews indicating that the rooms are clean. I did not find it any different from other places I stayed. In fact the carpet seems dirty. Also the 2-dbl bed standard room is quite small. Very tight spaces to move around the room for 3 or 4 occupancy. This tight space annoyed me more than anything else. Also, I had a 2nd floor room but there’s no elevator access to bring your luggage up. You’ll need to lug them up one at a time for the heavy luggages - a bit inconvenient. I was provided with 2 mugs and 2 glasses even though I had booked for 3 occupants. The towels though are exactly for the number of occupants.

Absolutely loved our stay! The amenities were perfect, and the view was truly outstanding—it made our experience even more special. The service was also really great; everyone we interacted with was friendly and attentive, which we genuinely appreciated. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness in some of the smaller spaces, particularly behind the beds and around the television and kitchen fridge, where things were a bit dusty. With a little more detailed cleaning and possibly some updates like new carpets or refreshed drapes, this place would be even more amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We’d happily come back again!

Wouldn’t stay here again when it’s cold outside - the front door is VERY drafty. The thermostat was turned up as high as it could go but the room remained freezing. The bed was comfy & front desk staff are friendly.
