Stayed at this hotel before going to Holiday World. Great for the cost! Has a Mexican restaurant in it as well which is nice. Pool looked very nice, however we did not use it. Would definitely return!

What I didn’t like is that we were never able to get into hot tub cause there was a group of people sitting around socializing and drinking for the whole time. This was never addressed.

Dirty pool, good staff

Honestly want to give a higher rating because the staff was great, the restaurant was great and it had the amenities of a pool, hot tub and splash pad which is why we stayed here. But I just can't! I don't understand why places don't use chlorine in their pools! There were so many bugs in it! Don't be fooled by anyone's pictures because you can't tell in photos. It really was gross. And the hot tub had cigarette butts all over the ground around it.. in a non smoking area. Definitely will not stay here again, but my kids did have fun.

The place needs a lot of repair. Dim lights in the room. Bathroom Fan sounded like a tractor and a sick tractor at that. I was worried that the peopl up stairs would complain. Another lady when I reported this was report that their door didn't lock on the inside and they had to put a chair against it to feel secure. Overall the place is not kept up. Oh and when we got there the room they sent us to was a mess and not ready. Then it took them a while to get us a room. Just a bad overall experience. Never stay there again.

Front desk was nice. Place is old and run down. Carpet is gross. Beds were fine. Coffee machine broken the whole time - breakfast is inedible. They kept locking the pool gate before the posted closing time of 10pm. Overall unless you can’t afford anything else, stay away.

Ended up getting a room that had not been painted in years. So many issues not just with an older building but dirtiness that could be controlled. Blinds were falling apart. Carpet bad condition. Mold in ice bucket. Rust/ chipped tub. Marks on walls. Got sheets that were melted in some parts. Ended up switching rooms. Had a non-refundable room or I would have found a different hotel. New room was better than original but had issues. Manager never addressed our issues with the first room. Overall would not recommend this hotel and shocked it has a 7+ rating. Bad reviews are probably being watered down from internal submissions.

The motel has been remolded. It is older, however the beds are new and comfortable. Had two large pillows on each bed. It has very hot water;.watch your children. Shower was very good. New towels and plenty of them. Breakfast is OK. Maybe a little pricey?

Hotel is older but pretty well maintained. Pool needed cleaning, hot tub wasn’t hot and our full length mirror in our room had many gross lipgloss kiss marks all over it that were not cleaned by the cleaning crew. Left feeling pretty icky after cleaning them off but the rest of the room and bathroom appeared to be clean.
