The 60m2 two-storey house is located on the side of the youngest volcano in Europe (Cutting, so named because of the shape of the crater). It is a 10 minute walk from the village of Jaujac.
From the house various walking possibilities: the volcano's crater, the castle of Rochemure or ferruginous water source Peschier.

With 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4: 1 double bed and 1 pull-out bed), living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a toilet, it has all the necessary comfort. Ideal for a couple and may be suitable for a couple with two young children.
The outside to furniture and a barbecue are available.
The house has a 90m2 terrace, perfect for long summer evenings and barbecues.

The Little House at Jaujac - a wonderful experience

It was magnificent, well appointed, clean with excellent walks from the house to the Coupe de Jaujac, the village and the hills opposite. The Little House was lovely with everything we needed and the terrace offered magnificent views across the Lignon valley to the peaks of Ladenne and Courcoussat. I thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wanting a restful (or energetic) holiday in the Ardeche. The village offers a wide range of facilities with two excellent boulangeries - one selling a wide range of 'bio' goods and home made excellent sweet chestnut biscuits. For a long day out aimed at rail enthusiasts (like me) then there is the Vivarais Railway operating from Tournon sur Rhone station - we drove over the hills via Vals les Bains, Mezilhac, Le Cheylard and Lamastre. Wonderful metre gauge railway the surviving part of a once extensive system. We shall definitely plan to stay at the Little House again. Thank you Kim and Claude. Richard & Alison Watts

Een alleenstaande woning,met een formidabel uitzicht, ideaal om tot rust te komen en om wandelingen te maken met de honden dichtbij het bos. Een prachtig gezellig dorp 'Jaujac' met veel bezienswaardigheden. De ontvangst was top en alles wat men nodig had was aanwezig in het huisje en enorm proper.Een aanrader!

Excellent séjour dans cette "petite maison" parfaite pour un couple, ou même avec deux jeunes enfants. La maison est très accueillante, avec sa grande terrasse, idéalement située dans un superbe environnement et bénéficiant d'une vue magnifique. Location très agréable

Cette jolie location est très bien située, au calme et proche pour faire des visites, des activités. Le matin, le chant des oiseaux et le soir, le chant des grenouilles, à ne pas rater. Wat een rust !!!

Hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het liefelijke huisje. Alles, maar echt alles, was aanwezig. De wandeling naar Jaujac centrum was mooi en op 15 min. Claude is supervriendelijk en behulpzame man. We gaan zeker nog eens terug!!

Het was een geweldig verblijf voor ons tweeën met onze hond. Het huisje is compact maar alles is voor handen. De omgeving is fantastisch mooi. We maakten verschillende wandelingen in de omgeving: Jaujac,Thueyts, Vogüé, Balazuc, Ruoms,... Het huisje bevindt zich dicht bij het dorpje waar er een bakker, cafeetjes, fietsverhuur,... zijn. We keren volledig opgeladen terug naar huis!😊

Wir haben unseren 12-tägigen Aufenthalt in Jaujac sehr genossen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und und gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Urlaub ohne Internet/WLan war auch mal eine gute Erfahrung... Die niedrige Deckenhöhe gerade im Obergeschoss/Bad ist für größere Menschen allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage außerhalb des Ortes am Waldrand und im Wandergebiet ist schön - das lebendige und authentische Jaujac ist mit einem Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Hier gibt es zwei Bäcker, Metzger, einen kleinen Supermarkt, Apotheke, Cafés, Restaurants, Eisdiele, Touristeninfo... Die Badestelle am Fluss ist traumhaft :-)

Perfekt gelegenes Häuschen am Waldrand mit einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Tolle Terrasse rund ums Haus. Die Ausstattung war super und sehr sauber. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder.
