Nestled on a sloping hillside, this attractive holiday home offers stunning open views over the Historic Royal Burgh of Jedburgh and the surrounding countryside. Tucked away in a peaceful garden setting yet close to the town centre, the cottage features a modern open-plan design with a split-level kitchen and bathroom. Two comfortable bedrooms — one double and one twin — provide the perfect space for couples or small families.

Jedburgh is a charming town with plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Ideal for walking, cycling, and discovering the scenic Border countryside, the location also offers convenient access to famous sites such as Hadrian’s Wall, Holy Island, Edinburgh, beautiful beaches, castles, and lochs — all within an hour’s drive. Experience the unhurried pace and rich history of the Scottish Borders from this perfectly located base.
Comfort and Convenience
The cottage comes with gas central heating, double glazing, free onsite parking, and complimentary WiFi (though speeds may vary due to the rural setting). One well-behaved dog is welcome, with dog towels, treats, and bags provided for your convenience. Guests are asked to respect the property by keeping pets off furniture and supervised at all times, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.
A utilities & service fee of GBP 40,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link.
