very nice Hotel in a very convenient area

The Hotel was very nice .... Very clean ... for me seems to be a new Hotel.. I ordered a burger from the restaurant and was very good... The only thing is that they have a very demanding staff for tips... whenever you go you feel their eyes asking for tips.

Decent Hotel For Price and Availability

My stay was a one night stay before my flight. The check in went ok and the room was spacious and mostly comfortable. The bed was on the hard side. If you have a choice, choose away from the street side as noise is dominate throughout the night, even on a high floor. I ordered the mixed grill for dinner and it was very good. However, the breakfast was not close to the value of 50 SR they charge. I could have gotten similar quality for 10-15 SR. The checkout was quick.

Not at all happy

They forgot to clean the room on one of the days. When I told them, they argued that I had a no disturb sign on the door. This was not true and I proved it to them. The air-conditioner was very loud. The water in the shower was cold. The breakfast was low quality.

Stayed 4 nights, never had hot water! Very poor neighborhood, street noise in room was very loud however airconditioner was louder so only noticeable if unit was turned off. Spend extra few dollars for better hotel, it will be worth it!

Beds are terrible and air conditioners are loud

The hotel was decent for the price but it needed some more work and improvements, the bed is terrible and is very hard it's like literally sleeping on the floor. The Airconditioning unit is very old and too loud.

My experience in AlHyatt Jeddah Continental Hotel

This is my second staying in this hotel. Frankly, the first time i was not satisfied with service, But now, i can see an improvement in the services especially in room dinning food test improved much better than before. The receptionists were friendly and willing to offer any help they can do.
