, there was no phone charger available in the room. I am from the United States, and the power outlet at the hotel is completely different from the charger I use. When I contacted customer service to ask for help, they were not helpful at all and did not offer any solution. There was no place for me to charge my phone, which caused a serious problem, especially since I needed my phone to order an Uber for transportation. This situation made my stay very inconvenient and stressful.

We were overwhelmed at how kind the staff at this hotel were. They showed us Saudi hospitality by storing our bags, leaving fruit and a kind note in our rooms on check-in, and wishing us a good flight the next day. I would absolutely stay here again. It's convenient to the airport and the rooftop restaurant/bar was a delight.

I stayed overnight and all went very well from arrival to departure. Large room. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was very laege and spotless way better than any 5* of Mecca or Madinah. The one and only setback was that the entrancy of the hotel is a very busy and noisy main road, making it impossible to walk jn the neighberhood. That said, I would come back and also recommend it.

Really nice rooms and the staff is very willing to help, beds are great you get a really nice cloud like feeling sleeping. Ample parking I would recommend here if you’re coming for a quick stopover in Jeddah and need to get a good place to rest or even if you coming for a vacation.
