Very happy with the Business Center - small, but very much to the point. Nice location next to the Alandalus Mall. I thank Anwar, Jibom (sorry for misspelling) and Faris who helped me with my suitcases at the check-out, the personnel at the Reception very welcoming, and Mahmoud and Shaheed who cleaned my room for 2 weeks. Overall, I am satisfied with the Alandalous Mall Hotel. I would stay there again next time if my business is in that part of Jeddah.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, quite spacious, and included a small kitchenette, along with a large bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved how well the hotel is connected to Al Andalus Mall. There are also plenty of parking spaces, which makes it very convenient. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, which I should have, it looked quite good in pictures. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended!

Stayed here just for an overnight while passing through Jeddah. Due to construction, the Google maps route led to the wrong entrance. However, check in was easy & we were upgraded without asking. The unit was spacious & very comfortable. Don't forget to check out in person - the 100 SAR deposit was refunded in cash.
