The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was very disappointing. The staff came across as unprofessional and often made it feel as though they were doing guests a favor by assisting them, even though guests are paying for their services. The property also appeared to be family-managed, and customer service did not seem to be a priority. A welcoming and attentive attitude goes a long way in the hospitality industry, and sadly, that was missing during my stay. I hope the management invests in improving customer service, as the property has great potential and deserves a guest experience that matches its beautiful surroundings.
