The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with ample counter space and modern appliances. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or keep things casual at the kitchen island, breakfast nook, outside patio table, or railing-mounted plate ledge/barstools.

Step outside to the large deck overlooking the lake—perfect for slow mornings, afternoon lounging, or sunset cocktails. Spend your days on the water using the provided kayaks and paddleboards, or explore nearby destinations like Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably across 3 private bedrooms, plus two futons in common areas.

The home also includes two additional full guest bathrooms.

Important Notes:

- The property owners occupy the basement level, which has a completely separate entrance. Their children are grown and they are typically away during the day, so guests still enjoy a high level of privacy. They do not use the owner's dock or the lakefront area during guests stays.

- The dock is suitable for non-motorized watercraft only. Boats cannot be tied up here. A public boat launch is available nearby (approximately 1.6 miles away).
- Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, with limited additional space if bringing a boat.
