PRIME location located in the HEART of Jefferson's Historic District! This charming 1800's home would make a great getaway! It is steps away from the famous Excelsior House Hotel and the McGarity’s Saloon. Within minutes you will also find the amazing general store, more antique shops than you could visit in a day, several delicious foodie spots, and tons of history(almost 100 landmarks) at your fingertips. Eat and antique your way along the brick-paved streets of this charming East Texas town.

This is an entire home but is split into two very private spaces. Rental is just one side. Each unit having one bedroom, one full bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining area and washer/dryer. There is a shared common space back yard with fireplace and chairs. There is also a shared driveway which has covered parking in the back. There is also street parking in the front. The back door access is individual but if you choose to access in the front there is a common entry way which is shown in the pictures.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from The Atalanta - Jay Gould Railroad Car. Laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a washer in the vacation home.

The house was in a perfect location, but we had a hard time with a few things. We couldn’t get the front door to lock with the key pad, there was hot water in the house but it never got hot in the shower, and one of the tv remotes wasn’t working. Mostly minor, but a bit inconvenient.

Christmas in Jefferson

"The Koop" was a perfect home our stay in Jefferson. We were steps away from the Christmas parade, restaurants, and shopping. The home was quiet, clean, and perfect for my daughter and grandkids. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Jefferson with several restaurants just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made our trip even smoother. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy place to stay in Jefferson, this is it! We can’t wait to return.

Perfect location!

The house was clean, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Walk to anything you need in 10 minutes. Great proximity to get good food on all sides of the house! Plenty of room, good parking, nice back porch and front! Thank you for the stay!
