Enjoy Starlink ultra high speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, and a fully stocked kitchen. The primary bathroom features a tub for relaxing soaks. Step out on the deck and take in the stunning mountain views.
Explore free resort activities like volleyball, basketball, trout fishing, and hiking to Sterling Pond. For a fee, enjoy skiing, pools, the water park, and disc golf.
Please note: No pets due to severe allergies. Ring cameras are at the front and side entrances.
-No pets of any kind are allowed on the property unless it is a certified service animal. Emotional support animals are not permitted. Bringing an unauthorized animal onto the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and potential for additional cleaning fees to be implemented. The owner's daughter is highly allergic to animal dander.
-Guests are not allowed bring their own grill and use it on or near the property
-Guests not allowed start a fire on or near the property
-Any tampering or removal of fire alarms will result in a $500 fee and potential removal of the guest
-No fireworks are permitted on the property
