Service lags, otherwise great room and location.

Service lags a bit, not enough (a single, i believe) room attendants; no restaurant in the building.. English support is also unavailable.. Otherwise, excellent and clean rooms, in-room equipment, location, etc.

Large room near the airport

The location is pretty close to the airport which is good. The room is big and get everything you need except no large towels. We asked the front desk but the lady didn't speak English. After a long explanation with hand gesture, she got us the towels.

Nice stay

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Despite the language barrier the ladies at the reception were more than helpful in catering to our needs. They took very good cases of us. Every service was prompt.

Great room, Great Location

Bus stop is just nearby. Room was really spacious and comfortable. Front desk lady was really helpful even though we do not speak korean and she does not speak english. She even able to get us a cab for 8am flight. Definitely more like a motel than a hotel. Room and toilet are clean. I think the hotel is quite new too.

Very nice hotel

This hotel is fabulous! We booked a double room and was surprised that it came with a huge double bed and a single bed! Room is clean and spacious. There is a huge E-Mart nearby too.

Awesome hotel at a good location

Stayed at Hotel Maple for about four nights in July. I highly recommend this due to its location, as well as the room space it offers (Worth every cent you pay). Not only is it located just 10-15 minutes drive away from the airport, there are also restaurants and department stores in the vicinity (Plus a macdonalds restaurant just right next to it if you want a quick bite). Room and toilet are really clean and spacious, and Hotel Maple even has a water dispenser in the room I stayed in! The only bad thing I can think of is that the corridors look pretty creepy and old, but I didn't mind that as I still had a good stay.

Terrible Decision!

My mother and I were visiting her best friend who recently moved to Jeju Island. Upon arrival in the airport we rented a car and headed off to our hotel. Upon booking, I knew that this hotel was a love hotel just by looking at the reviews and the room but the price and the location was just too good to look away, WHAT A MISTAKE! I'll start with the Pro's: great service from the front desk lady, room is very large (including the bathroom), the room is equipped with a very large television and refrigerator, and it is very close to the airport but still off the beaten path so you can't hear the traffic. And now the Con's! The room was not very clean, I could see hair all over the floor (so please use the slippers offered!), the linen is super itchy, the room itself was dusty, and the mattress was very rough. I spent the entire evening itchy and with a stuffed nose, I do not suggest this hotel for people with sensitive skin or with allergies!...Heck I don't suggest this hotel at all.
