개미천국!! 아이들 밤새 긁었어요 ... ㅠ 말이 안통하는 파크랜드

1. 직원외 출입금지인 105호 맞은편 1층 방 배정 2. 출입구가 두곳 3. 베란다 잠금장치 고장이아닌 완전 없음 밖에서 바로 들어올수있음(2객실중 한곳에서 7명 사용) 4. 개미백마리이상 (아이들 물려서 2박중 겨우1박후 퇴실) 5.화장실 거미줄, 바닥 담배흔적 6. 금연방이라했는데 개수대 담배꽁초 7. 수건 담배냄새 8. 사용할수없는 냄비 후라이팬 등등 9. 청소상태 불량 10. 이불 머리카락 , 현관앞 소주병가득 등등등 2박 2객실을 예약하고갔으나 1박도 한개 객실에서 겨우 견디다 아침에 다른 숙소로 옮겼습니다 전체 환불을 바라지 않습니다 그러나 호텔측에서도 책임이 있다고 생각합니다 책임에따른 부분 환불 해줘야하는거 아닌가요? 분명히 호텔에서 우리는 호텔스 닷컴에서 아직 돈을 못받아 환불해주고싶어도 못해준다해서 호텔스 닷컴이랑 이야기하라고 했습니다 하지만 이정보도 다른거 같네요 ... 호텔(?)이라는 이름의 이곳에서는 아무런 책임이 없다합니다. 계속 호텔스닷컴이랑 이야기하라하고 하네요... 이런곳 예약한 저의 선택이 너무나 후회가 됩니다
