If the breakfast was free, I was charged for it. Not impressed. Otherwise, the hotel in general is good, clean, convenient to shops and walking distance from the pick up point for any day tour. Itโ€™s also quiet at night time.

The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. The room was clean, modern and I liked the small touches which showed that they were thoughtfully designed. For example, every power point/socket is catered to any type of plug so you don't need an adaptor! The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively hub and we wished we stayed at this place a few more nights.

Sightseeing with granddaughter

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you.

Good, reasonably priced but probably not 5 stars

A nice hotel in a good and convenient area and reasonably well priced. I don't however think it is worthy of 5 stars and the other hotel I stayed in Jeju nearby last year was probably better (but rated 4 stars). Either way it is a nice hotel and the facilities (no pool but a sauna) were good and well maintained.
