There was no baggage handler at the time of arrival.there should be more english speaking staff .they should give extra drinking water as needed and not charge.

Place was okay to stay. I didnt like that the place they put us in we were not allowed to change the temperature of our room and it was always on heat. I would ahve rather have it on cooling. Also when we would open the door to our terrace you could hear the very loud noise of the street. It was difficult to sleep at night due to this (heated room and noise from the street) beaides that place is super close to the famous markets and many dining options. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff too. Besides that everything ok

Old and rundown. Floor tile was cracked. Cabinet & fridge door broken. Toiletries e.g. toothbrush chargeable. Only brightside was that hotel is walkable to the black pork market and shopping street with known brands.
