This family-friendly duplex unit has a prime location with the best sunrise views of the ocean. Just steps from the new Ocean View Park and the Holiday Inn beach access, Bill Smith House is perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit is still owned by the original family who built it and maintains a lot of the mid-century charm. (This unit does not have a dishwasher.)

PET FRIENDLY. NO SMOKING.
Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
