This is a brightly decorated, 3 bedroom 2 bath Villa located in the Villas by the Sea Resort. This community is just a short walk to Driftwood beach. Children can enjoy the Pirate Ship playground and for adults there is a fitness room. When you need to cool off there is a pool for the adults and one for the kiddies. The resort offers a full restaurant and lounge.

This unit has a second-floor entry. As you enter this villa you will find an open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a sliding door that leads to a balcony overlooking the park. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed, TV and an attached bath with a tub/shower combo. On the second level you will find 2 bedrooms -- one bedroom has a king bed, TV, in room sink/vanity and an attached balcony that overlooks the park also. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV. On this level there is also a shared hall bathroom with tub/shower combo.

THIS UNIT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villas by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

Quick Stay

We came down for a high school soccer tournament and had a blast. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Neighbors were super friendly!

We really enjoyed the layout of the condo, the little touches in the kids' room to make it feel beachy and special, the short walk to the beach and the awesome playground right outside the balcony. The furnishings were comfortable. There were some areas that could do with some maintenance and updates, but did not negatively impact our stay.

Shy on extras

The property was generally fine, but lacking in details: e.g., there weren't even salt and pepper shakers! Knives were dull, there was only one small tissue box (for two floors!), unreliable cooktop, one wastebasket per floor, sink drain slow in MBR, no extra blankets (we had to poach a cover from another bed). More concerning for seniors: 16 steps up to a two-story flat; we got our exercise! And there are no grab bars in the tub-showers.
