The main entrance to the house is on the north side, leading directly to the upper (first) floor. This level features three spacious and refined bedrooms, each 16m², offering peace, privacy, and sweeping views of the Mediterranean. Two of the south-facing bedrooms open onto a 26m² balcony. One bedroom faces west, measures 13m², and does not have a balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (size 180x200) and designed with large French windows to make the most of the stunning views. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Each bedroom has air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows—something we know is important to many of you. It matters to us too.
An internal staircase leads down to the south-facing ground floor, which opens up to panoramic sea views. This level boasts an open-plan design with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor living, offering a mesmerizing and ever-changing view of the sea. The ground floor integrates a kitchen—with a central island for informal seating—a dining area, and a living room, all flowing harmoniously as one space. From the kitchen and dining area, large doors open onto a spacious terrace featuring a barbecue, al fresco dining, and a lounge area, all under a covered section. A stone staircase on the east side of the house leads down through the terraces and garden to the first rocky beach, with many beautiful pebble beaches close by. The sea here is crystal clear, so the “pool” you get with Lyra is the biggest and most beautiful you could ask for. We truly believe Lyra is a perfect match for any human soul.
