BOAT: We require the signing of a "hold harmless agreement" and provide an insurance endorsement naming "Branen Family LLC" as additional insured.
Any damage done to the dock, lift, sea wall, boat or persons injured while using the dock and lift are the responsibility of the lessee.
The boat lift key must be returned after use. Failure to return the boat lift key will result in a $100 "loss of key fee".

Very nice home with room for a boat with easy access to the intracoastal water way. Wes and the owner were very helpful. Great place to be to fish easily. We will be back!

Perfect place

Perfect place quiet neighborhood, no steps to climb, fully equipped kitchen to make anything you'd like. Wes is great at answering anything you need in a timely manner and The owners were awesome!!! Hope to stay again soon!!
